The answer is that it depends. It depends on the project size and how many hours it will take to complete.

After hundreds of projects over the years, we’ve learned that it’s virtually impossible to accurately scope and price anything beyond a small project.

What does it cost?

The first consultation hour is free. Thereafter we charge a flat fee per hour. However, on projects, we offer a discounted rate depending on the number of hours.

Small Project

A small project is usually completed in one or two months. Generally it takes between 30-100 hours of effort.

Large projects

Any project requiring effort exceeding 100 hours or 3 months. If the project is too large it would be broken up into a series of smaller projects based upon the most urgent need.

Ongoing Support

We also offer monthly support contracts which provides the ability to keep your software incrementally improving while providing both ongoing and emergency support when it’s needed.
